News From The Watersbend Advisory Committee

We want to update our residents concerning some recent changes in the community.

Social Committee

Kim Laurita has resigned as Social Committee Chairperson. Kim served our community well for 7 years, and we all appreciate the long hours she dedicated to pulling off the wonderful social events we have had at Watersbend. She has passed the torch to Theresa Laffey who will have some big shoes to fill.

Yard of the Month

We have decided to bring back the Yard of the Month Contest beginning May 1st. The contest will continue from May through December and each winner will be awarded a $25.00 Home Depot card and the privilege of displaying the “Yard of the Month” sign for the month. Judging will take place the last week of each month so make sure your yards are in shape during that time. The contest will end December 20th with the crowning of the homes with the best Christmas display. I know this will be such a hard decision so we will be awarding 3 prizes for the top 3 homes.

Clubhouse Rentals

Please be advised that effective February 1, 2012, the rental fee for the clubhouse will be $80.00 per 4 hour time period and $20.00 for every additional hour.
